At Pridola Design, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible decor and furnishings. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
